Mi paraíso camina en tu sol naciente,
sin ninfas, ni nadie que lo gobierne,
marcho en soledad al amparo de la noche,
y solo una estrella en ella resplandece.
¿A quién buscas? ¿Qué soy, y por quién padeces?
Si no hilvano los sueños, mi mundo perece,
toma mis manos y calma a este aspirante,
que añora tus ojos y el silencio que le precede.
Si el tiempo se escapa entre mis dedos,
seré vagabundo que vuele entre sueños,
suplicando tu aroma a los cuatro vientos,
y si no vuelves pronto, no hallaré consuelo.
